Tie-Breaker Results, Tuesday, August 19th:
Elm City Electric defeated Tole's Automotive 15-7 for 2nd Place in D-1.
Lab 'n Lager defeated Big Daddy's Dirt Dogs 13-6 for 2nd Place in D-2.
Phelps Landscaping defeated Johnson Family Painting 16-13, for the final playoff spot in D-1.
Playoffs start Wednesday, August 20th with the Senior League and continue with all other leagues through Thursday, August 28th. Brackets still pending coin flips for some spots.
The Keene Sentinel is now publishing a weekly article on Men's and Women's softball in Keene. Crystal Noonan, a player in the Keene Women's league, is writing the articles, and has asked for contributions.
Anyone that has any interesting facts about games, outstanding performances, past players, historical stories, or any other ideas for articles, please contact Crystal by e-mail.
