2011 GKMSA Placement Night Meeting Minutes – 3/1/11

Attendance: President Kyle Rider, VP Scott Goulet, Treasurer Gordie Daniels, Secretary Nathan Johnson, UIC Joe Warhall, Div 1 Rep Rick Duquette, Div 2 Rep Richard St. Pierre, Div 3 Rep Adrian Emmond, Div 4 Rep Ron Johnson, Div 5 Rep Ryan Lawliss and Senior Rep Tom Maynard.

Agenda:

- President Kyle Rider introduced Rick Duquette as division 1 rep and Adrian Emmond as division 3 rep. They are replacing Derek and Jeff Castor respectively, after they gave verbal resignation.

- The board discussed and debated on the alignment of all teams. Eventually we came to agreements on what we felt was the best alignment for all 56 team in the divisions that we felt each team can remain competitive.

- The board discussed a letter received from Bob Wilber and discussed a response letter to him. Secretary Nathan Johnson will write this letter and send it to Bob.

- The board held a discussion on previous matter of limiting teams to 2 votes on elections; this is in the process of being changed.

Meeting was adjourned, board to meet after Complaint Night to finish any discussions.
