Changes and rewordings for the GKMSA By-Laws/Constitution:

Code of Conduct:

- Re-Order Code of Conduct so that rules are first and disciplinary actions are last. Approved 5-0

- Add unsportsmanlike conduct to vulgarity/insult towards umpire. Approved 5-0

Constitution:

- Article 3 Sec. 1: Change to Sponsors (up to 2) listed on rosters for voting. $5.00 membership fee must be paid before July 1^st. Approved 4-1

- Article 3 Sec. 3: Player’s membership fee increased to $45.00. Approved 4-1

- Article 3 Sec. 6: If only one umpire, umpire will be paid 2x normal rate. Approved 4-1

- Article 4 Sec. 3: Before last pitch of last regularly scheduled season game. Approved 5-0

- Article 4 Sec. 5: “Each member of the association shall have one vote for the elections of officers; we strongly encourage each team to cast at least two votes. Members may absentee vote by emailing an Executive Board member or giving them a letter in a sealed envelope prior to the elections.” Approved 4-1

- Article 5, Sec. 10: 7 Days. Approved 5-0

- Article 6 Sec. 6: President will break all tied votes. Approved 4-1

By-Laws:

- Article 1, Sec 3: No Demarini Steel’s allowed in the lowest division of play. Approved 5-0

- Article 2, Sec. 2: Roster’s must be legible. Approved 5-0

- Article 2, Sec. 3: No $25.00 penalty. Approved 5-0

- Article 2, Sec. 4: Eliminate entire section. Approved 5-0

- Article 5, Sec. 1: Able to pick-up player of same division or higher with permission from other team. If team gives permission they are unable to protest this later on. Needs discussion. Vetoed 4-1
