Attendance: President Tom Little, VP Kyle Rider, Treasurer Gordie Daniels, Secretary Nathan Johnson, UIC Joe Warhall and Div 2 Rep Rick Duquette.

Agenda:

- Board went over changes/re-wordings to by-laws, constitution and code of conduct to discuss and vote on all changes. See complete by-laws/constitution changes page for complete changes and voting.

- Board discussed many possibilities for the process of adds this coming season.

- Kyle and Nate to make schedule again for this season.
