Fees and Roster Night Meeting Minutes – February 22, 2011

Attendance: President Kyle Rider, VP Scott Goulet and Treasurer Gordie Daniels.

Agenda:

- Board collected from 55 teams and spoke to 2 others. League projected for 57 teams this upcoming season.

- Discussed letter from Bob Wilber, and decide to discuss a response at the next meeting with full Board of Directors.

- Discussed scheduling issue with Easter and Mother’s Day. Scheduling idea of using the 1^st three Saturdays and saving the 3^rd Sunday for any make-ups.

- Board discussed old “Senior League” money and discussed ideas.

- Women’s League playoff weekend moved, Kyle to meet with Mike and Butch.

- Create link on web page to NH ASA web page.

- Check owed to Paul Wilcox was re-written to Mona Wilcox, as Paul passed before cashing the previous check.
